OVERVIEW

Proposals will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, and you will be notified within 30 days of your submission. Webinar proposals must relate directly to topics important to law librarians and legal information professionals, and address domain and skill areas identified within the ºÚÁÏÉçBody of Knowledge.

Details

  • Cost: $3,000 per webinar
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Maximum Attendance: 500 people during live broadcast
  • Attendee Cost: Complimentary for ºÚÁÏÉçmembers and your guests; $60.00 for Nonmembers.
  • Platform: Zoom, provided by AALL
  • Timeline: ºÚÁÏÉçwill develop a timeline and work with you to finalize the program details.
    • A dry run is scheduled about a week before the live broadcast to ensure seamless production.
  • Contract: Complete the Media Kit contract first before submitting your proposal.

Dates + Deadlines

Partner Webinars are limited to two per month. Contract is due 45 days prior to live webinar. Webinars are typically scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Central.

  • Listed on ºÚÁÏÉçEvents Calendar
  • Listed in monthly ºÚÁÏÉçEducation Update(s)
  • One dedicated eblast during month prior to webinar
  • Use of ºÚÁÏÉçlogo in vendor promotions (must be approved by AALL)
  • Promotion code for guests to view webinar free of charge
  • Attendee list (includes name, email addresses, job title, and organization), excluding third-party opt outs and European Union and Canadian residents
  • Recording posted to
  • Link to webinar recording, good for one year

* Webinars will be promoted in the ºÚÁÏÉçEvents Calender, eNewsletter, and in the ºÚÁÏÉçEducation Update after payment is received until the date of the webinar. All promotions dependent on receiving information and materials from vendor in a timely manner.

Terms + Conditions

  • ºÚÁÏÉçwill contact you if your desired webinar date is not available.
  • Each webinar is limited to 60 minutes and 500 attendees.
  • More than one vendor may participate in a webinar.
  • Vendors will be invoiced (net 30) with signed contact. Webinar promotions will not begin until payment is received. No refunds will be given.
  • Webinar cannot be canceled after payment has been received.
  • ºÚÁÏÉçwill provide the webinar platform and slide deck template; vendors are responsible for moderator/speaker and any other production costs.
  • Content may not be solely product-driven, must offer compelling educational topics, is subject to approval by AALL, and must be submitted on or before the published deadlines.
  • Vendor deliverables include: vendor logo(s), webinar title and description, moderator/speaker names, bios, and headshots, and slides. After contracting and payment, Vendor must complete the ºÚÁÏÉçOnline Education Proposal form before promotion can begin.
