The ºÚÁÏÉçManagement Institute prepares managers to lead effectively, providing creative solutions to confidently navigate evolving workplace dynamics, build confidence in setting strategic goals, and inspire change. Managers (including aspiring managers) have the opportunity collaborate with colleagues from across the country, learn in a small group setting, and develop techniques that have long term value and impact.

Signorelli is a creative, inquisitive, results-driven writer, trainer, teacher, learner, consultant, and presenter designing and facilitating transformative learning opportunities. He also facilitates transformative conversations designed to produce positive, measurable change. He brings extensive management experience in arts organizations, libraries, and other educational settings to all that he does. Signorelli has written for a variety of publications; co-authored Workplace Learning & Leadership with Lori Reed for ALA Editions in 2011; and wrote Change the World Using Social Media for Rowman & Littlefield (2021).

Registration Terms & Conditions

Participation is limited for this event. The Management Institute will consist of live facilitated sessions, scenario analyses, and breakout groups. It is scheduled for September 24–25, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CDT). Optional networking opportunities will be available for participants immediately following the sessions.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to elearning@aall.org.
