Legislative Services Agency (LSA): To the extent LSA cannot make the programming changes within existing resources, the LSA would incur a one-time expenditure for hiring an outside vendor for programming purposes. It is estimated that an outside programming vendor would cost between $30,000 and $50,000. Ongoing support costs are not anticipated based on the bill鈥檚 requirements.

Indiana Supreme Court: The Court could likely implement the bill鈥檚 provisions within existing resources and staffing levels.

Office of Attorney General (AG): The bill could increase the workload and expenditure of the AG. The AG reports that the cost would be nominal and would include licensing fees and limited manpower, depending on the number of files to be certified.
